풍성한 결실의 계절을 맞이하여 저희 MCIK에서는 국내 응용 유변학 (Applied Rheology) 의 저변 확대와 그동안 고객 여러분의 성원에 답하고저 2008년도 제2차 Annual Rheology Workshop 을 아래와 같이 개최하오니 관심있으신 분들의 많은 참여 부탁 드립니다. 제한된 좌석수로 인하여 등록순서에 준하여 70명에 한정하여 참가 신청 접수 하오니 이점 양해 바랍니다.;

Workshop for Rotational Rheometry Speaker: Dr Kim has obtained his Ph.D. in Applied Chemistry from the Centre for Applied Colloid & BioColloid Science (Swinburne University of Technology) in Melbourne in 1994. Following his Ph.D candidature, he accepted a position as a post-doctoral fellow for 2 1/2 years in the area of rheology and polymers. He continued his research work as a postdoctoral research fellow for both the Rheology and Material Processing Centre and the Polymer Technology Centre at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (R.M.I.T). He then worked as a senior research fellow at Kwangwoon University in Seoul and has also worked as a lecturer at the Yeonsei and Samyook Universities in Korea. Dr. Seungrok Kim then worked as a Thermo Haake regional manager in Asia-Pacific till the beginning of 2002. Dr. Kim established MCIK in early March of 2002. This has been sought after his determination in applying his profound MC knowledge into real cases with regard to a wide range of rheology- and material characterization-related scientific and technological problems. Thermo Electron 사의 MARS Rheometer 를 이용하여 산업체의 다양한 Applications 과 관련되어 시도되는 Workshop. 다양한 코팅재료를 사용하여 Rheology 이론의 실제 시험에의 응용 과정등을 소개하고 도출된 시험 결과의 해석 및 응용 사례등을 소개하게 됩니다. 다양한 종류의 시험 방법에 대한 상세한 안내 및 관련 질의을 받아 가면서 진행하여 Rheology 이론의 실제 시험에의 응용을 위한 유익한 Forum 이 될것입니다. Recent Development of Polymer Processing Instruments and Their Practical Applications Speaker: Dr. Seungrok Kim, President of MCIK Write-Up: Seminar on the use and application of torque rheometers, laboratory mixers, laboratory extruders and twin screw compounders. All are equipment for the development of polymers (and nano materials, rubbers, pharmaceutics and food materials) in the laboratory to the pilot plant where small batches of test material can be tested and compounded, to the quality control in production, to processing small quantities of special polymers or composites. - Basics on Torque-Rheometers |
